App and Service

Color Code Breaker - Mind Duel is a logic puzzle game with free gameplay and optional Premium features. You may use the app only in accordance with applicable law, app store rules, and these terms.

Free Access

The app is free to download. Some modes and features may be available without a subscription. Availability of free and Premium features may change over time as the app is updated.

Subscription Product

Genius Pass Monthly is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription. It provides Premium access to additional game modes, Online Duels, rankings, advanced settings, practice hints, progression options, and other Premium features shown inside the app before purchase.

The exact subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Premium Benefits

Premium may unlock:

• advanced game settings;
• duel modes;
• daily and special challenges;
• rankings and scoreboards;
• avatars and themes;
• gameplay-earned currency and hints;
• online duel features where available.

The exact Premium benefits are shown inside the app before purchase.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through:

• Apple App Store on iOS;
• Google Play on Android.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account after you confirm the purchase. Digital Premium app features are sold through the relevant app store billing system unless a legally supported alternative billing option is made available.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple or Google account settings. Your account may be charged for renewal according to the store rules and timing shown during purchase.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancellation, Premium access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the relevant app store states otherwise.

Restore Purchases

The app provides a Restore Purchase option where required. Restoring checks your app store account for an active purchase and updates Premium access when the purchase can be verified.

Refunds

Refund requests and billing issues are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. Apple App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund process. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's refund process.

Account and Online Features

Some online features, including Online Duels, rankings, account sync, and purchase verification, may require a network connection and an app account. Online features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or store/backend service interruptions.

Apple and Google Terms

Purchases made on iOS are also subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable App Store rules. Purchases made on Android are also subject to Google Play terms and applicable Google Play policies.

Changes

We may update these terms when app features, store requirements, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
