Rules of Play

These Terms govern your use of Color Code Breaker ("the App").

1. Acceptance

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

Color Code Breaker is a logic puzzle game with local gameplay, stats, challenges, rankings, and online duel features where available.

Some features may require a backend account, internet connection, or Premium subscription.

3. Accounts

You may use the App as a guest. Guest accounts may have limited recovery options unless you provide a recovery email or connect a supported platform account.

You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Display Names and Public Ranking Rules

If you choose a display name, avatar, region, or group code, you must not use content that is:

• abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
• sexually explicit or obscene;
• impersonating another person or brand;
• misleading, fraudulent, or illegal;
• containing private information such as email, phone number, or address;
• designed to disrupt rankings or other users.

We may rename, hide, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these rules.

5. Online Duels and Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, automate gameplay, attack the backend, or interfere with other users.

We may remove scores, reset stats, restrict features, or suspend accounts for abuse.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription price, duration, renewal, and cancellation information will be shown before purchase.

Purchases are handled by the relevant app store. Cancellation and subscription management are handled through your Apple or Google account settings.

7. Virtual Currency and Rewards

If the App includes virtual currency, points, hints, or rewards, these have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They may be changed, balanced, or removed as part of normal game updates.

8. User Reports and Moderation

If rankings, display names, online duel, or group features are available, users may report inappropriate names, abusive behavior, or suspicious activity through in-app reporting or support contact.

We may review and take action at our discretion.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the App or request deletion through our website. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of online features.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
